Trying to initiate a service call online or through a phone number having no luck whatsoever. The number for service sent me to a place for kitchen parts in Canada

Oce machine tech support

Manitowoc Ice - Oce machine tech support
Manitowoc does not provide phone numbers for tech support. Every number says wrong department. No real customer support after service found myself on my own. I am not happy that I am put through this frustration.

User's recommendation: Just be aware of no support if u are ok with that then buy one!

The guy said this is not the right number to call Manitowoc . He asked me my name my phone number my company name address everything at the end he said that hes not the right number to call this company Im like what is going on you know

Ive cleaned the machine cleaner filters seems like everything is cycling correctly but not freezing the ice even going into the harvest mode
